§ 78-32. Permit, license and compliance with chapter required.

No person shall solicit business by any sign, publication, telephone directory listing, or work, as a taxicab, or be allowed to operate a taxicab business in the city unless the owner or operator obtains a permit and license from the city and complies with the requirements of this chapter.
