§ 78-34. Advertising.

  • (a)

    No person shall advertise his vehicle as a taxicab, or in any manner lead the public into believing that such vehicle is a taxicab, unless such vehicle is a taxicab complying with the regulations of this chapter.

    (b)

    No operator of a taxicab shall advertise or solicit business in such a manner as to confuse the public either by imitating the name of any competitor, or in any other manner mislead the public by advertising or doing business.
