§ 78-36. Liability insurance.

Before a permit or license is issued to any person to operate a taxicab, there shall be delivered to the city clerk a public liability and property damage insurance policy with some recognized insurance company, which is satisfactory to the city council, with the minimum liability coverage required by the laws of the state.
