§ 82-38. Garbage disposal.

All watercraft moored or docked in the waterways within the city shall provide garbage containers of sufficient size to hold garbage or refuse to be collected by the city or its garbage collection franchisee. It shall be unlawful for persons upon such watercraft to dump or throw garbage, paper, bottles, cans, refuse or debris into such waterways.
