§ 82-40. Repair, etc., of watercraft.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, maintain or repair any watercraft in the city except in a business zone at a place licensed by the city to store, maintain and repair watercraft and except watercraft designed and adapted for storage and transportation on boat trailers.
