§ 14-52. Permit renewal and replacement fees.

A permit may be extended prior to the expiration period in accordance with the applicable provisions of the building code upon payment of a renewal fee as provided by resolution of the city council.

When a permit has expired or has been cancelled, the contractor shall obtain a new permit to complete the work and pay a replacement permit fee as provided by resolution of the city council.
