§ 14-56. Enforcement.

Notwithstanding any other requirement of article III, the city shall require the payment of any unpaid fee relating to permits, prior to the scheduling of the final inspection for the issuance of a certificate of occupancy or prior to the scheduling of any other final inspection. Upon notice to the permit holder and opportunity to be heard and finding that the permit holder has failed to comply with the requirements of sections 14-46 through 14-55 inclusive, the city shall have the right to revoke the applicable permit and to enforce the requirements of article III in accordance with section 1-8 this Code and such other legal or equitable remedies as provided law.
