§ 14-82. Occupational license; compliance with law.

(a)

Before an occupational license shall be issued for a regulated contractor category by the city, the contractor shall produce a current certificate of competency for such category.

(b)

Expiration, revocation or suspension of a certificate of competency shall immediately nullify and void any occupational license granted thereunder by the city.
