§ 18-237. Enforcement.

Latest version.

Unless otherwise specified, the provisions of this article may be enforced by:
(a)

A suit brought by the city in the circuit court to restrain, enjoin or prevent a violation of this article;

(b)

Enforcement proceedings by the code enforcement board; or

(c)

Prosecution in a court of competent jurisdiction, as provided in section 1-8, Code of Ordinances.
