§ 22-4. City council district boundaries.

(a)

Pursuant to section 5.05 of the revised Charter of the city the boundaries of each of the four city council districts of the city are hereby designated in accordance with the legal descriptions set forth below and the official council district map made a part of Ordinance No. 2011-12 as exhibit A. The official map shall be maintained in the office of the city clerk and on the city website. The official map shall not be codified.

(b)

It is hereby found that the boundary designations are in compliance with the Constitutions of the state and of the United States of America, and adopted in accordance with the requirements established by the above documents and by the Charter of the city.
