§ 50-6. Park hours.

(a)

Athletic and recreation facilities shall be open to the public as indicated by the established hours posted on buildings or entrance areas.

(b)

Any section or part of any athletic or recreation facility may be declared closed to the public at any time or limited to certain users or times as public interests demand or safety and security indicates. In addition, all or part of an athletic or recreation facility may be closed to the general public during the use of the facility for city sponsored programs or events and the parameters and times of closure is posted at the facility.

(c)

It shall be unlawful to enter any athletic or recreation facility or remain therein:

(1)

Beyond the established facility hours as posted; or

(2)

During a temporary closure as set forth in subsection (b) above.
