§ 50-84. Legacy passes.

(a)

Legacy pass holders shall renew their passes in September of each year. Any legacy pass holder who downgrades or fails to renew his or her pass shall not be eligible for upgrading or renewal of his or her pass. Legacy pass holders may reserve a tee time seven days in advance, provided that such pass is valid at the time of play.

(b)

Junior annual passes shall be available to juniors who are children of a legacy pass holder, who reside in the same household as a legacy pass holder and who attend a seminar on rules and etiquette conducted by the golf course professional.

(c)

Any pass may only be used by the person who originally purchased such pass.
