§ 74-41. Booster pump connections.

Latest version.

No person shall connect any booster pump to the city water distribution system or to any distribution system to which the city supplies water, without the express written permission of the city manager or his designee. Any booster pump now connected directly to any such system without such permission shall be removed after written demand therefor is made by the city.
