§ 74-105. Modification of federal categorical pretreatment standards.

The city may modify pollutant discharge limits in the federal pretreatment standards to be modified from concentration limits to mass limits if the requirements contained in Rule 62-625.410(4), F.A.C., are fulfilled and prior approval from the approval authority is obtained.
