§ 74-181. State regulations adopted.

Rule 62-610 of the Florida Administrative Code, titled "Reuse of Reclaimed Water and Land Application," is hereby adopted by reference in this article. In case of a conflict between any provision of chapter [rule] 62-610 and the city's reclaimed water policies and regulations, the more stringent provision shall prevail.
