§ 82-44. Mooring of vessels in waters of the city.

(a)

No person shall moor any liveaboard vessel in the waters of the city for a cumulative period exceeding 12 hours in any 30-day period, except in a licensed marina.

(b)

The provisions of this section shall not apply to the anchorage of non-liveaboard vessels engaged in the exercise of rights of navigation.
