§ 18-59. Health certificate required.

Should the report from the police department be favorable, the applicant under this article and all persons connected with the business shall then proceed to a duly licensed and qualified physician residing in this county, for the purpose of obtaining a health certificate certifying that the applicant and all persons connected with the business and occupation are free from any contagious and communicable disease or infection.
