§ 18-255. Additional operational requirements for adult bookstores.

In addition to complying with the general operational requirements provided in section 18-252, adult bookstores shall comply with the following additional operational requirements:
(a)

Merchandise and adult materials shall not be displayed in a manner which allows such merchandise or adult materials to be visible from outside of the structure housing the adult bookstore.
