§ 70-69. Designation of RDP areas.

Upon adoption of this article, the city council shall designate RDP areas by resolution and the recording thereof on an appropriate city map. Vehicles may be restricted from parking on public streets at specified times during the day and night and on all or designated days unless bearing a valid decal or placard issued pursuant to this article. This authority shall be in addition to any other authority the city council may have to regulate times and conditions of motor vehicle parking on public streets.
