§ 74-243. Cross connection control program.

The city manager or his designee shall develop a routine cross connection control program to detect and prevent cross connections that create or may create an imminent and substantial danger to public health. The city manager or his designee shall utilize the accepted practices of the American Water Works Association Manual, 2004 Edition, as amended from time to time, and as set forth in the association's Manual M14.
