§ 74-244. Right to enter to inspect.

  • The city manager or his designee shall have the right to enter any property other than occupied residences for the purpose of inspection for cross connections. The city manager or his designee shall first seek the permission of the occupant, customer, owner, operator, or manager of the premises. Failure to grant such permission shall be deemed as a rebuttable presumption of a violation and shall provide the person seeking such permission with probable cause to seek an inspection warrant pursuant to F.S. § 933.20, et seq.
